Target Market

Arizona and California have some of the strictest regulations and fastest growing markets for termite treatment year-over-year. Targeting these, Florida and Georgia based pest control professionals addresses problems in the markets with the highest potential revenue and most complex workflows, making it easier to branch into other markets in future iterations.

Identified Market Problems

  • Government required reporting & contracts require significant time and resources
  • Creating diagrams and bringing them into a CMS creates duplicate work
  • Tracking findings, recommendations & treatments from inspections is a manual process
  • Not being able to send an inspector out quickly can cause a bid loss
  • Termite bait station servicing and tracking requires multiple interfaces

In the termite treatment industry, documentation and reporting often involve cumbersome manual methods. The new system addresses these challenges by enabling users to create diagrams digitally and automatically generate wood-destroying organism reports from them. This integration eliminates the need to re-enter information into both the system and government-required reporting sites like CalAg Permits, significantly simplifying the process.

The new diagramming tool is designed to be the most advanced on the market, streamlining the workflow for pest control professionals. Inspectors can easily create and update findings and recommendations, which are automatically integrated into the software system. Technicians can complete services directly from the diagram, including scanning barcodes to inspect, treat, and log information for pest stations. This feature reduces the need to switch between different tools, enhancing the efficiency of the service process.

Additional features of the new tool include automatic warranty creation, pricing calculations, and access to satellite imagery for rapid estimate generation. These capabilities allow pest control professionals to provide rough quotes over the phone without requiring an initial inspection unless legally mandated. By streamlining the pricing process, the tool significantly improves contract close rates, enabling users to focus more on delivering excellent customer service and less on administrative tasks.
